What is your Returns Policy?
Returns and Exchanges are so damn easy here at Wonderland Clothing. If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your cat), simply send it back to us within 14 days of receipt (excluding postage and packing fees, unless the item is deemed faulty) for a refund or exchange. If free shipping is used we will take £1.50 our of the refund to cover postage and packaging)
Faulty items and exchanges MUST be sent back and checked before we issue a new item / if the item is deemed faulty will cover the cost after the item has been checked by our team.
All sale items are available for store credit only. This includes all % off sales (or codes used)
FINAL sale items are just that, no refunds, no exchanges.
Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a Signed For insured service (such as Recorded Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.
If you send the items back after the 14 day period to return, they will be sent back to you, if you're concerned it might be out of the period please email us!
Please ensure that that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount.
All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method i.e. Paypal including all debit/credit card transactions. (Depending on your bank, the refund can take 3-5 working days to clear) We process refunds automatically, and you will not receive a notification, any issues please email email@example.com (please do allow the 7 working day before contacting)
If you wish to exchange an item, the first exchange is free - however if you return again for a refund we will take the cost of the second shipping cost out of your refund/store credit. Any further exchanges after the first will also be charged at £1.99 shipping. We reserve the right to withdraw our exchange policy during busy periods.
